Beth Drollinger, LLMSW
Meet Beth.
Life has a way of bringing unexpected challenges, losses, and transitions that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. Beth believes therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported—a steady presence as you navigate life's rough waters and move toward healing.
Drawing from a lifetime of personal and professional experiences, Beth offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns openly and at their own pace. Her goal is to help each person discover greater confidence, resilience, and hope while building a life that feels meaningful and authentic.
Before becoming a therapist, Beth served as an officer in the United States Air Force following her undergraduate nursing education. She later returned to school to pursue her passion for mental health, earning her Master of Social Work from Western Michigan University during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her diverse experiences—as a military veteran, nurse, wife, mother, and therapist—allow her to connect with clients through both professional knowledge and genuine life understanding.
My Approach
Beth believes that meaningful healing begins with feeling safe. She creates a welcoming environment where clients can share their experiences without fear of judgment and where every conversation is guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect.
Her style is warm, approachable, and collaborative. Beth values listening deeply, helping clients identify their strengths, and working together to develop practical strategies that promote lasting change. She recognizes that every person's journey is different and tailors therapy to meet each individual's goals, values, and pace.
Whether you're processing a difficult life event, managing anxiety or depression, navigating relationships, or working through trauma, Beth is committed to walking alongside you with compassion and encouragement.

A Beacon Through Life's Storms
One of Beth's favorite symbols is the lighthouse. Just as a lighthouse offers guidance and safe passage through uncertain waters, she strives to provide a steady, supportive presence during life's most difficult seasons.
Her hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel grounded enough to weather life's storms, discover your own inner strength, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
